“We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way. ”

“Very relaxing. The home was a blessing to my family. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in home was done with character and love. Would recommend anyone to experience what this host has provided. Cannot wait to come back this way and see the progress on the beautiful laid out pond adjacent to property. You can tell they have great pride in their presentation of "being home". Thank you.”

“I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome....”

“The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was an easy process. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. Both restrooms were dirty. There were ants and spiders throughout the property. A foul odor from the kitchen sink spread throughout the kitchen when we would turn on the faucet. There was also open old meat left in the freezer. Hopefully this review will help future tenants have a better experience when booking this property.”

“This home was gem, we loved the Aggie spirit, the house felt very cozy and welcoming, the extra beds would have been so wonderful if we had all of our children with us, but knowing that the availability was there for extra guest was inviting. Will use again if ever in College Station, we wanted to be in the home more than around town.”
