Absolutely great

Wonderful stay at Villa Lithari. Everything from communication, description of property, location was all we could have wanted and more. Highly recommend if want to get away to a peaceful location with unbelievable views with so much space.

Wonderful vacation

This vacation home was stunning. The location is close to the best beaches and to the main downtown, as long as you have a car everything is within a 5-15 min drive. The villa was very clean and beautiful. I would recommend to anyone !

Heaven in Greece

We LOVED the villa! It was even more magnificent than the photos. We could relax each evening and watched the most amazing sunsets! The villa is spacious and comfortable with great views. The hosts provided good, detailed directions which we appreciated. They also provided excellent resources and recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Beautiful Villa

If you're coming to Greece, Villa Lithari is the place to stay. It's absolutely stunning with a view that is simply amazing. We spent one day just relaxing around the pool and enjoying the views. For future visitors, you will need to purchase basic food items for the kitchen. Not a complaint, just a heads up! Thanks for making our Naxos trip so special!

Gorgeous house with a stunning view

The house was perfect for our group of 5 women. It was large, clean and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The pool was great, it was clean and well kept and had plenty of chairs. The only thing I would point out is a car is necessary and would not say the property is within walking distance of the beach and bakery unless you are in extremely good shape. The hill to the property is so steep it was even difficult for our small vehicle to get up the hill. We did walk it once and said never again!

To get to the property you drive up an unpaved slippery dirt path that is impossible to maneuver in a manual auto. Massive construction vehicles block the road while they build a hotel a few homes down, making the trek even worse since only one car can pass apass

Beautiful villa with amazing views!

We very much enjoyed Villa Lithari! It’s a beautiful property with many modern conveniences. We also loved the evenings with beautiful sunsets. It also is extremely close to many desirable beaches and eating establishments. We were a bit challenged by the roads up to the villa as they are a somewhat steep and rough. This appears to be the case with numerous roads on the island. We highly recommend renting an automatic transmission vehicle and also all wheel drive if it’s available. Also, be sure to ONLY follow the driving instructions provided by Costas to the Villa. Google maps, even with good coordinates, is not reliable. We also wish the temperature of the water in the pool had been just a bit warmer for evening swims. The air temperature along with some windy conditions in the Autumn season seem to impact the water temperature as well.

La villa est tres confortable, spacieuse, très bien équipée. Le calme est au rendez-vous. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le propriétaire est très serviable et donne toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous recommandons vivement.

Überwältigend

Der erste Eindruck war überwältigend. Sehr sauber. Viele Räume(3 Schlafzimmer). In der Küche war ALLES da was man brauchte. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick. In 10 min. Fussweg, sofort die Bäckerei unseres Vertrauens gefunden. ;-) Bisschen Übung bedarf es bei der Anfahrt - war ziemlich steil. Ansonsten hatten wir hier einen echt tollen Aufenthalt. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen. :-)

Spectacular Naxos Get-Away

We recently stayed in Villa Lithari for 4 nights. The Villa exceeded all our expectations. While the Villa looks exactly like the pictures, it took our breath away when we arrived and experienced for ourselves the outdoor space and magnificent views. The interior is large and airy with many glass doors bringing the beautiful views inside. It is very clean and super comfortable with decks from all the bedrooms. There are many outdoor spaces to relax, dine and watch breath taking sunsets every night. The location was perfect as we were close to beaches and not too far from town yet up on a hill overlooking it all. Costas was an amazing host and was super helpful from the time of booking straight through our stay. He is a wealth of information from car rentals to restaurants, activities, etc. He was extremely responsive any time we needed to contact him. When our ferry was canceled and we were potentially stranded Costas was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions to navigate the ferry companies which can be a little chaotic. We are very grateful to him. Our only regret is we weren’t able to stay longer to enjoy all it has to offer. Villa Lithari is truly a find and we hope to be back one day! Thank you Costas!!

Vue sublime et grande maison magnifique

Vue mer et montagne- à couper le souffle. Maison typique et moderne. Tout confort (juste le coin apéro dehors à optimiser). On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Merveilleux séjour dans les hauteurs de Plaka - Naxos

Superbe séjour dans la villa de Costas. La maison est spacieuse, tout équipée, avec 3 chambres aux lits spacieux et confortables et SDB privative. Les extérieurs sont également très appréciables, avec la vue à couper le souffle (attention aux vents violents). Point important : la route pour accéder à la maison est faite de bosses, terres, rocher et en pente forte. Nous avons crevé un pneu avec une SEAT IBIZA. Prévoir une voiture adapté et rouler avec précision

Einzigartige Aussichten und absolute Ruhe

Mit einer kaum zu beschreibenden atemberaubenden Aussicht punktet diese Villa ausserdem mit einer luxuriösen Ausstattung, voll eingerichteter Küche, vielen Terrassen, mehreren Duschen (inkl. Aussendusche) und einem tollen Pool. Reinigungsservice und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer waren ausgezeichnet. Une maison exceptionnelle dans un cadre exceptionnel !

Une des plus belle vue panoramique de Mikri Vigla sur la mer, la terre et le sunset ! Connaisseurs de l’endroit (30 ans de Cyclades) une de des plus belles villas que nous ayons louées sur Naxos dans ce rapport qualité prix. La maison a été extrêmement bien pensée par Costas, le propriétaire originaire de Naxos et vivant en Allemagne : Une tres bonne distribution de la maison avec trois chambres en suite isolées les unes des autres, de vastes espaces de vie, une vue incroyable et un équipement de la maison ou rien ne manque, tout est là pour un séjour harmonieux et paisible, sans vis à vis des maisons voisines, pour la tranquillité des occupants. Après 2 semaines ici, il fut difficile de quitter ce petit paradis si bien pensé !
