「We came in for the Balloon Festiva and this property was convenient for ride shares to pick us up/drop off from the field. It was also a close ride to Old Town. For an older property it was well maintained, clean and they opened breakfast at 4 a.m. for us festival people. The breakfast was filling, lots of choices. It was fun to interact with other festival goers and met several balloon pilots as well! We would choose this property again!」

「Overall the property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are well appointed and clean. But we couldn’t get any sleep because of all the noise that refrigerator and air conditioner made. Every hour or so the ice maker would pull water loudly and then make and drop ice. We didn’t get any sleep because of that.」

「The headboards, desk chair, and lounger were all covered in nasty stains. There was a prong stuck in an electric outlet in the bathroom. The “fridge” is a mini fridge (like the ones that are 1 feet tall) and placed directly on the floor. Felt like a pig in lipstick. Thought we were going to stay at a nice place and it’s comparable to a one star motel.」
