“The staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. I came with a couple friends, we were going to split a king room at the home 2 but arrived around 12 and couldnt get early check in for that room. The csr was able to get us a double queen immediately in the other part of the hotel, and even get our other friend with a separate reservation for the king across the hall from us! “I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”
