"Only towels were changed. No beds were made in 3 days. Trash was never taken out. No staff during the night 10PM-7AM. we were woken up by the guests above us stomping around at 1AM. They wouldn’t answer the door when I knocked to tell them to stop. And no staff to handle it. Not enough microwaves to cook their Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Oatmeal was never done on time. No other protein option for breakfast. AC was so loud and had to keep it on 24/7 to keep the room cool. Floors and ceiling are paper thin and can hear everyone walking around. Pool and hot tub was never cleaned and pretty dirty."

"Our stay was awesome! We were here for my fiancés bd. I asked for champagne/wine, it was delivered right away from their wonderful concierge. ( I didn’t mean to give only 3 bucks! Meant for more! Felt so bad) The pool was closed twice during the Memorial Day weekend, to no fault of the hotel. Guest’s mistakes. The grounds are beautiful. The pool server ( shout out Jesse!) was working non stop for hours with a smile to boot. Over all we are happy with our stay."
