"We stayed At the villa for 10 days in July, and had a fantastic time. We had a group of 7 adults and 1 child, and there was plenty of room. We cooked almost every day, and the kitchen and grill were both great (gas grill was almost new). The highlight of the house for us was the snorkeling - it was absolutely incredible. We spent about 3 hours a day on average exploring the reef. Plenty of rays, turtles, nurse sharks, eels, octopus, barracuda, along with the normal range of soft and hard corals...

"Home is a few miles away from the busy areas of Tortilla with privacy and an unbeatable view above Rouge Bay and just around the corner from Trunk Bay. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and treats. We loved the views for our evening drinks and morning coffee. Host was over the top helpful with recommendations for outings and restaurant suggestions. Home is finished very nicely and beds were quite comfortable. We stayed here for a week and hated to leave. Highly recommend!"

"Our experience was a pleasant one. The location was close to the airport, which was key. We ended up having one side of one house and another house next to it, which split our group up, but that ended up working out since we had different departure times the next morning. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The houses were very spacious, including all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t use the pools, but they were clean and nice."

"I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view.
