"I figured by the description that the cabin would have been nice but I was wrong, it was AMAZING! The entire place was spotless, I’m not sure talking about just clean but absolutely spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere, not single cobweb up in the corner somewhere, just really clean! The bed linens and towels were so fresh and nice, like they were brand new! The whole cabin is decorated with so many cool things, the furniture is really high quality, the two stuffed chairs in the living room are super comfortable! The view out the big windows is beautiful, deer every morning running around our there about 6am and again right before dark.The property is silent and pitch dark at night Get up early at least once to enjoy the sun is coming up, The sun rising above the treetops and the mountains for a background is just a reminder as to how amazing nature is!There is plenty of everything in the kitchen, WiFi is strong, cell service is good ! Could go on forever but I’ll stop here other than to say that speaking to Pattie on the phone and online assured me that the host was friendly and helpful, I met her husband Bill a great guy, so easy to talk to.My hat’s off to the person that cleans the cabin, nothing was forgotten, every nook and cranny spotless!Thank you to both hosts for providing excellence! We will tell everyone that if they are staying anywhere near Berkeley Springs to consider staying here, you definitely will love it.Blessings to you.John, Samantha"

"The staff at the hotel were the nicest people ever! We got to the hotel before the check in time, but they let us check in early. When we inquired about places to eat, they recommended the restaurant there and several of the waitresses chatted with us as we were checking out the menu trying to decide if I'd be able to eat anything on it because of my dietary issues. The hotel itself is decorated with a good mix of comfort and history. Our room was small and quaint. We were in the back of the historical section so it was quiet. The only complaints I have are the bed was way too hard, there isn't a fan in the bathroom and when I was showering the water all of a sudden got cold. Otherwise this is one of the best places my husband and I have stayed in! The hotel is right next to the state park where there's a spa and a Roman bathhouse where you can go soak in the mineral water. And again, the front desk clerks are the nicest, friendliest people!!! If/when we get back to Berkeley Springs, we will definitely stay there again, just not in the same room. 😊 "

"Family approved! Very impressed with all the little details. The home has everything for inside and outside enjoyment. Games, puzzles, books and all accessories to work the outside char coal grill. My 4 year old loved the beach, woods, creek, painted rocks and fire pit. My husband and I enjoyed the R&R the home offered. You can’t not enjoy the calmness and beauty of the home and the area for which it sits. Many memories made."

"I recently stayed the weekend at this beautiful cabin. The house was just as pictured and the scenery was top notch. I relaxed in the hot tub, played games that were already there, and grilled some food. It was the perfect place for a relax and reset. Sophy was a great host and checked on us the entire weekend. I appreciated the peace and tranquility that the cabin and West Virginia gave! across the board."
