- Offering an enchanting sun-soaked sanctuary for up to six guests. Whether you fancy lazing on the beachfront or staying in, our communal pool, spa and deck area are guaranteed to keep you entertained.
This abode hosts three spacious bedrooms to ensure your comfort. The master suite offers a Queen bed and relaxed atmosphere with water views, huge ensuite with spa bath, Smart TV, and balcony access, perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventures. The second bedroom features 2 King Single beds, while the third room comfortably accommodates two in a Queen bed. The main bathroom provides a full-size bath, shower, and a separate powder room toilet.
The holiday unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen furnished with appliances - including a dishwasher, microwave oven and family size fridge/ freezer. The dining area ensures magnificent mealtime memories over home-cooked delicacies, or if dining out is an option for you, the unit is located within walking distance to West Diggers Club, and the very popular Little Beach Boathouse restaurant which offers superb dining and a fantastic Below Deck bar area downstairs so you can sit back and watch the incredible sunsets.
The main lounge room hosts a Smart TV and DVD player for indoor entertainment, enjoy access to free unlimited Wi-Fi and having the second living area with Smart for the children to escape to. The main living area opens out onto the fantastic balcony with outdoor dining facilities and magnificent views of the water. (e) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property, or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
