Entering the apartment via the complex stairs you’ll be positioned in the open-plan living hub on the lower level. The cosy living space is the perfect setting to kick back and watch a film or Foxtel on the Smart TV or get lost in the pages of a good book. It’s the extra’s such as linen and bed making provided, air conditioning and a spacious size living area that invites relaxation and leisure. This indoor space effortlessly drawn outdoors by glass sliding doors to the balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the ambience around you.
The contemporary kitchen is fitted with stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and double electric cooktop (please note there is no oven). Downstairs also has a powder room with toilet and basin and an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
The properties’ bedrooms are situated upstairs with both providing split system air conditioners, ceiling fans, built in robes and the comfort of linen and bed making. The main bathroom is also upstairs and has a large corner spa bath with overhead shower, toilet, and vanity.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
