Strata Strict NO Smoking Policy Within 4 Metres OF Complex Applies.

Unit 1 Poplars is a stylishly furnished two-bedroom unit located on the hill with panoramic views of Nelson Bay Marina and foreshore from the spacious balcony and open plan living/ dining and kitchen areas.

The living area opens out onto the balcony as well, this room is made complete with Free Wifi, Google Home and a Smart TV so you can access your own Netflix account etc. This area has a split system, reverse cycle air conditioner that covers the entire living/ dining and kitchen area and then flows through to the bedrooms.

The kitchen features high quality stone benchtops, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven and DeLonghi Coffee Machine and Milk Frother.

Both bedrooms are nicely furnished throughout and have ceiling fans and built in robes, the 2nd bedroom also has an Xbox and small TV (only used for connection to Xbox) located in the wardrobe, perfect for the kid's entertainment.

Partially renovated bathroom with bath, shower and gorgeous vanity and basin and the convenience of a separate toilet. American style internal laundry with front loader washer is also available for guests.

Absorb the stunning views from the extra-large, wrap around balcony, relax on the grass area out the front, cook up a feast on the gas BBQ or take a dip in the complex shared pool.

Park the car in the undercover secure carpark and pop down to the main street for a coffee, boutique shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes, water sports activities, dolphin watch cruises and spectacular Nelson Bay foreshore - all this is at your fingertips and all within a ten minute walk.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Lots of work and repairs need to be done. Can’t lock external screen doors securely as you just slide them either way. Cleaner had to return to clean kitchen, microwave had food in it, kitchen drawers had food.etc in them , dirty floors , huge amount spiders and webs in windows sills. Cleaner stated that repairs have been mentioned to owner and nothing done. Sink over basin soo blocked the cleaner pulled out black gunk mess from underneath, absolutely disgusting. Still sink wouldn’t drain all the water in a timely manner. So disappointing. To spend a lot of money and not have what is advertised. Great spot and location. Agents never called back when they said they would re repairs etc or to check how we were. Once they have your money they don’t care.
