“Most of us stay in hotels because of work. Your schedule might change, and when it does, you can't get a refund. My schedule changed early on, so I told the guy who runs the motel. He just told me, "You signed a paper that said no refund." Aside from my personal experience, ignore the pictures online. The place is just terrible. “Rented the kitchenette....what kitchenette does NOT come with a coffee maker? Some other simple appliance missing. Counter top grill was more like a warming platter.
Stayed 3 nights all of which were far too warm in room temperature wise. Mentioned to staff and reply was that i must have had the room above the furnace! That was it- it was a heat wave in winter- poor sleep.”
