On The Rocks - Modern Waterfront Villa

'On The Rocks' is a modern waterfront villa offering easy single-level living in a location that is close to Tahunanui Beach, a short drive from the city centre & an easy stroll to some of Nelson's best restaurants & cafes!

This holiday home is contemporary & relaxing & well equipped for practicality & comfort. While proximity to local eateries makes eating out a cinch, with a great kitchen & readily available great local produce, cooking at home is also a great option!

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom & private balcony with close-up views over Fifeshire Rock.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with intimate views over Haulashore Island.
Bedroom 3: Single bed + Single bed with views toward Tahunanui Beach.
Other: Office nook with a view of the bay.

**Special conditions and notes**

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Car parking - Two off-street car parks are provided for guests. The garage area is not accessible to guests.

- Security Camera - There is a security camera outside the property. This camera surveils the driveway area.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. This home is set-back & elevated & has been well insulated to provide comfort & quiet. The road will be busiest during weekday mornings & late-afternoon commute times.

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.

Fun Time On The Rocks

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home while in Nelson--spacious place, well-appointed features, easy parking, convenience to dinner restaurants, beautiful view! It was our favorite property out of all our stops in New Zealand. Definitely would choose it again!

Lovely spot!

We had a delightful time at On the Rocks! The house was well equipped and the lay out was perfect for two couples. The location and views were great, we enjoyed the sunny deck and even did yoga out there. Early morning walks on the Quay for coffee and lovely restaurants just down the street. Played golf close into town and visited wineries near Maupua.

On The Rocks Really Rocks

This property is absolutely amazing. From the location to the view it's a dream come true. We were in Nelson to celebrate the family Patriarch's 90th birthday. We had 2 adult children and a partner staying with us and the house and it's layout was superb. We cooked together, used the grill and read on the patio all the while enjoying the amazing view. If you're lucky enough to find this property available, grab it. You will not be disappointed.

When we arrived the trash in kitchen was not cleaned but immediately the property manager sent someone over to clean! And he stopped by to follow up. Great place to stay near the water. Nice walk along the road to beach. Great location

Central location

Great location close to town with lovely water views. We enjoyed the warmth of the afternoon sun on the chilly day of our arrival. The heat pump and electric blanket was very welcome! House is roomy enough for 2 couples to have their own space as well as enjoy the outdoor decking area overlooking the water. Kitchen well equipped for our needs.
