Nelson City Centre Apartment 3 offers modern, inner-city living, with a prime location within a short walk to Nelson's eateries, Saturday Market, parks, shopping, and galleries. It's also conveniently near Queens Gardens and the Maitai River walkway.

This stylish apartment features a Smart TV, complimentary WiFi, a top-quality King bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include free dedicated car parking, shared laundry facilities, a communal BBQ area, and an outdoor courtyard.

Ideal for 1 ~ 2 guests with capacity for 4 guests. Portacot hire available for 1~3yr olds. Can be booked in conjunction with our Nelson City Centre Apartments 1 or 2 if you have more guests or would like more space.

**Special conditions**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Car parking - A free and dedicated car park is provided for Nelson City Apartment 3 guests.

- Nelson City Centre Apartment 3 is one of three apartments in the Provincial Buliding on Bridge St in Nelson's City Centre. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living, sleeping and bathroom areas. Only the laundry, stair & outdoor areas are shared.

**Cancellation Policy**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

We had a two-week stay in Nelson that was wonderful, not least because of the excellent accommodations we had at this apartment. The location was superb - a short walk to the Queen's Gardens, Suter Gallery and cafe, downtown, Saturday market, etc. Better still there's a fine cafe right downstairs! The apartment is well laid out and well stocked with everything we needed.

This roomy, clean apartment shares a building with a yummy bakery. Sweet outdoor space. Parking lot is adjacent to a nice grocery store so super convenient. Great hosts left us with welcome goodies! We loved it and would definitely stay again.
