We had the best weekend stay with family! The house was spotless, inviting, and worked perfectly for all ages. It was a beautiful weekend and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the patios and walking the property.

This place is very nice. It is much more spacious than the pictures show. The common areas are very large and nice. The property was serene and very nice! I would highly recommend- I would definitely book again. Everything was top notch!

Perfect space for a getaway! Big rooms, well appointed and clean. Beautiful back yard and more TVs, games and seating options than we needed. Great details from a stocked coffee bar to a well appointed kitchen. Hosts were friendly, conscientious and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great for a Girls' Trip!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and read and work on crafts. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores. There's a great game selection too. Many laughs were had and many memories were made!

Spacious Home perfect for OU Homecoming

We have stayed here twice, and we like the location and the ample number of bedrooms and bathrooms for accommodating our group. The setting is also quite scenic and quiet.

Perfect getaway

The house was great, perfect for 2 families with littles. Kid friendly as advertised! Perfect location between Hocking Hills and Athens/OU. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

We had a very nice stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. I emailed to property owner with a question and recieved a quick response (very helpful as I packed quickly and had misplaced some information). House is in a pleasant, relaxing setting. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Spacious, clean home!

We came for a girls getaway and the property was the perfect space. Very clean, well equipped property and great proximity to 33, making it perfect for visits into Athens, or hiking in the Hocking Hills. The owner was quick to respond and made for a successful trip!

Peaceful retreat

Such a beautiful place to rest. We enjoyed the close proximity of hiking trails, the convenience of “town”, and the spacious property for playing and fishing. The house is well thought out and we appreciated every detail.

OU Parents weekend

The house and location were perfect for our stay during OU parents weekend. Short drive to campus. The house was very clean and had so many amenities. Beautiful land overlooking a pond and great fire pit. We hope to be back soon!

Second stay and amazing again

Love this rental. The house is spacious and well equipped for everything we need. The properties is an oasis with the fire pit, pond and tons of outdoor spaces to chill. Love it.

Great Place

This place is great for larger groups or family's. Close to store bar gas station. Great roads for motorcycle ride and scenic rides as well. Close to hiking and caves. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Owners are very accommodating ... You won't be disappointed.

The Perfect House?!

My friends and I absolutely adored this house for our girls weekend. The amenities are plentiful, the beds were comfortable, and the location was just close enough to town for us to make last-minute grocery runs. I am in love with the coffee bar, and several of us have saved this listing for future use. I can't wait to come with an excuse to stay here again!

Cozy, spacious, perfect getaway!

This was a very nice, spacious, clean house! My family and I got together for my sister’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect place. It was very clean and had everything we needed even games, there were so many. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a big group! We would love to book again.
