"Fantastic property"

"Robbed while sleeping. Luckily not attacked or hurt. During a business trip in January 2026, I was robbed while asleep of phones, laptop, ID, wallet, drivers license. Everything. Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel."

"Friendly staff. Comfortably sized rooms, and they were clean. Beds are terrible, they need to replace the beds. Perfect location, cul de sec property, close to Shopping Centres. "

"The property can do with a refresh along with the installation of a mechanism to help keep things like the power and internet connection up during the consistent power dips. near impossible to be in any kind of online meeting if it takes 10 minutes plus for the internet to come back after a dip. The team at the hotel are friendly but getting any kind of order to the room takes an inordinate amount of time, in my case 1,5 hours to then still have it be incorrect. On the whole comfortable with notable short comings."

"Love this location. Staff are great. Property is wonderful. Room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is delicious. Have stayed before. Everything is top notch and I don’t say that lightly. "

"The rooms were lovely and the staff were for the most part friendly however at this price point the lack of attention to detail was not acceptable. Room snacks were inadequate and not replentished daily. Personal amenities not replenished daily. Food was good but the menu needs work: no pork served (if you want to serve Halal that should be an option, not the norm), one day lunch was all salads but the next no salads, bread served with first dinner but not the remaining ones, Hotels.com amenities do not match hotel website amenities, Cheese platter served without biscuits, some days poolside service but others we had to look for service. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were better. At the price, I expect exceptional, not ordinary."
