"飯店位在非常原始的森林、但是周邊環境整理得宜、天候狀況良好的話、晚上也能看到美麗的星空；房間乾淨且寬敞、浴場也是相當舒適；值得推薦的飯店。"

"It’s a grand and glamorous hotel which witnesses the glorious days of Japan. There’s a huge lobby with a European style library. The lounge is huge with sunset ocean views. The hot springs is huge too that is built by jade. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk helped us booking a five lake tour. Breakfasts were very good. Didn’t try dinner. Stayed there 2 nights. Memorable!"

"飯店雖較舊些，有硫磺溫泉特質，有些許煙味，日本客人入住為主。服務品質很不錯，我們是蛋奶素食，可以感受到飯店很有誠意的提供許多自助早餐的菜色，停車也很方便。房間的床比起欣喜湯會較舒適些，湯池的話是欣喜湯較多些。來了3次弟子屈，都是選擇欣喜湯，這次改選擇忍冬，覺得餐點及房間都有較好些。"

"住宿品質、溫泉景觀很棒，但下大雪時抵達，並沒有得到合適的停車指引（可能是語言不通）。早餐品項蛋奶素選項不是很多，雖然有在預訂時說明為蛋奶素，但卻沒有幫助，沒有什麼蔬菜、煎蛋或起司等常見選項。建議蛋奶素或素食可不訂餐。有24小時loung提供免費點心、飲料選項多。"
