Unit Layout

"Mirabeau 6" is a beautifully appointed 5-room chalet spanning 105 m2 across 2 levels, with an east-facing position that frames stunning views of the mountains and the valley. The property has been partly renovated in 2024 and features comfortable, elegant furnishings throughout, with partly sloping ceilings that add to its authentic alpine character. The chalet accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. A separate living room with cable TV provides additional space for relaxation. The fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. Also on this level, a children's room is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.

The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms and a second shower room with WC. The first bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to an east-facing balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both the balcony and the east-facing terrace are furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a serene outdoor setting with panoramic mountain and valley views.
