désencombrer l'appartement
ajouter une table de salon
une clé supplémentaire
supprimer les télés ( c'est moche ! ) et celle de la chambre aux lits superposés bloque la fenêtre
ajouter des lampes de chevet accessibles depuis les lits superposés
ces remarques sont en relation avec le prix de l'appartement
