「Staff was exceptional, breakfast manager, Jay was awesome and very helpful and cheerful. Will come back on our next trip.」

「They changed our reservation details without asking us first. They changed from a two king beds room to a one king bed/one sofa bed and thought that that would be fine. After bringing the issue to night desk they switched us to two queen beds. Cleaning crew also left gear in the room that we had to remove. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t good. Selection was poor. Not worth staying there.」
