"We want to file for a refund. What we booked was not at the property advertised. It was at a place streets away and had to wheel our suitcases in the rain down cobblestone streets only to see a whole different place. False advertising and definitely a haunted place. We had to last minute find a hotel and pay double. Very unhappy and will not use Expedia again if we do not get a refund. Candace Bowers- John"
