This property has the potential to be a really lovely apartment. It's location is ideal for walking to Burriana and is also in walking distance to the Balcony area etc. It is close to the main road,so can experience a high level of noise, which we learned to deal with.The principle observation we made was of an apartment very much in need of upgrade and some TLC. In particular,the two bathrooms are badly in need of complete refurbishment. Both doors to the showers were hanging precariously,the downstairs unusable due to water pouring from the door. They are very dated,and the mould and black marks around the sealants were an indicator of how long it had been since they'd been refurbished.It wasn't a huge issue but another indication of a lack of TLC,the wine glasses looked like it had been many years since they'd been replaced,they didn't match and both were old and marked. We endeavoured to keep the floors clean and free of debris however the broom and pan which were kept outside were old and the brush had what looked like years of hairs and debris on them. These may sound like minor details but in a Town where there are many many lovely apartments at comparible prices,it suggests an indifferent approach to the notion of renting out property. It's a pity because it has the makings of a lovely apartment. It has a great balcony,and we liked the fact it was on two levels,the bedroom downstairs which was cooler and less noisy from the road.Sorry to have to raise these matters
