Charming 2 bed villa , with aircon and pool, in one of Nerja's most select area

This small private development is set in landscaped gardens, with a beautiful shared pool set in a lawn area, ideal for adults and youngsters alike. The villa is family-owned, and furnished and maintained to higher standards than more “commercially run” properties.
The old town of Nerja, with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and a couple of discos, is close by. The sandy Burriana beach is within walking distance and is well provided with beach bars and restaurants, while other smaller beaches and coves can be found along the shoreline.
Supermarkets, car hire, bus stops and taxi services are all within walking distance.





When you have had enough of sunbathing, swimming in the pool, relaxing on the beach, and sampling the bars and restaurants there is still plenty do in and around Nerja.

Water-sports of all sorts are available - get the details from the tourist office.

Golf - 7 great golf courses are within an hours drive

Nerja Caves
A must-see are the caves! Some of the most spectacular in Spain, and situated just outside Nerja they are famous for their dramatic underground views and rock formations. Several times a year concerts are held underground, with world famous performers

Frigliana
A pretty village up in the mountains is well worth the 15 minute drive, for the view, and a wide range of interesting shops hidden down narrow streets

Granada
The famous Alhambra palace is about a 90 minute drive through the mountains and well worth the trip (but be sure to book a ticket before you go)


The area is a paradise for Walkers and nature lovers - the Sierra Alhambra mountains behind the villa are a National Park with great walks, views and wildlife.

La maison est très agréable (propre, grande et bien équipée). Le toit terrasse est la cerise sur le gâteau. Elle est bien placé, Nerja est une ville côtière magnifique. La piscine est proche de la maison et vraiment agréable (propre et eau chaude).

Lovely, well appointed property in a beautiful setting. Air con, access to a shared private pool as well as good facilities in the villa. A short drive to local amenities, beaches and caves or a 20 min walk. There is a bus route but it was a bit hit and miss. Would definitely stay again

A great vaccation!

We had two wounderful weeks in this house. We loved the house with both a garden and a roofterrace. Enough space for a family with teenagers. The town and the beaches is about 30 minutes walk away which was not a problem for us. A nice polares as well!

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Résidence très propre, bien entretenue, sécurisée et au calme sur les hauteurs de Nerja. Grande piscine sécurisée. Logement très agréable, avec toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La clim est un plus, de même que le toit terrasse et la terrasse ombragée au rez-de-chaussée. Supermarchés à proximité, plages et criques accessibles rapidement, facile de se garer dans la résidence. Grottes de Nerja, Torre del Marl, Motril, Malaga, Frigiliana, Maro.. De nombreuses choses à voir à proximité. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines, à recommander.

Hieno lomakuukausi Nerjassa

Loma-asunnon sijainti on hieno ja todella rauhallinen. Uima-allasalue ja taloja ympäröivä puutarha hyvin hoidettu ja kaunis. Paikallisbussilla pääsee helposti kaupungin keskustaan asunnon vierestä eikä meitä lomalaisia haitannut vaikka bussi ei aina tullut ihan aikataulun mukaisesti. Iso kauppa on myös riittävän lähellä. Asunto oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Oli mukava viettää lomaa kodinomaisissa olosuhteissa ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä.

Wonderful stay in Nerja

We had a really lovely holiday in this villa. Everywhere was clean and comfortable and the house was very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked and had good sharp knives and chopping boards etc We enjoyed barbecues in the flower filled garden and played board games around the dining table. The pool was clean and set in beautiful gardens. We would heartily recommend this house to anyone wanting a lovely family holiday.

Excellent accommodation for a family of 4, very well equipped, grounds well keep and quiet, would definitely recommend, car is needed to explore the area, useful safe and secure parking on site, I would highly recommend if you want to eat in or at one of the many restaurants in town, the accommodation was really spacious and felt very homely with some nice character, thank you for a lovely holiday, would highly recommend to friends.

Another fabulous stay

This was a return visit for us and won’t be our last. The villa was clean and tidy and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. The complex is beautiful and quiet with a lovely pool (no fighting for sun beds here) but still convenient for town (bus stop nearby which costs 1 Euro). I would highly recommend this villa to anyone .

Fantástico

Zona muy tranquila. Piscina muy tranquila y jardines muy cuidados. La playa está algo retirada, pero merece mucho la pena por ganar en tranquilidad. Aparcamiento siempre a la puerta de casa la comunicación con Paul es muy fluida y agradable. Seguro que repetimos.

agréable maison avec une superbe vue

La maison est très agréable dans un endroit calme et reposant avec une très belle vue sur la mer. On a apprécié le confort et avons utilisé régulièrement le toit terrasse. Belle piscine, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transats à disposition. La plage est accessible à pied, un peu plus difficile pour rentrer car quelques rues en pente. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances et tout correspondait à la description. Enfin, le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à nos attentes. Location de toute confiance.

Lovely property in Nerja

A spotless lovely property in a quiet area of Nerja. Well maintained garden areas and a great pool. The property is fully air conditioned which was very welcome. The outside options are great. Either immediately outside the lounge on the patio area or on the rooftop terrace. There is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk and although the property is about a 25 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa in town it's all downhill. We tended to get a taxi back which was easy, efficient and about €7 euros. All in all a great place to stay and we would highly recommend. Robert & Paula

So Peaceful

Recently returned from this wonderful property, superb settings, so peaceful affording plenty of chillaxing. Property situated so close to the pool yet so quiet. Yes the property is set up high but the walk to the nearest beach is approximately 25 minutes, being less than 3 klms away and the best thing is all down hill. Same goes for Nerja, it is an easy walk approximately 3 klms away and once again all down hill. The taxi service is superb and costs between 7 - 9 euros, dependant upon where you get in, taxi drivers speak some english so no worries there. Also a local bus service, where the stop is within a 5 minute walk, running approxinately every 20 minutes. Nearest supermarket Mercadona at bottom of urbanisation unfortanately closed on day we arrived, however the Sol on opposite side of road open every day long hours and, in my opinion, much better than the Mercadona and less costly, being able to purchase everything required for eating in. Burriana beach superb as are the range of eating places, varying in cost. Highy recommend this property and would have no probem whatsoever returning to same. Thank you Paul and Sue for allowing us to rent your property, affording us some much required chillaxing time.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place in a lovely setting. We enjoyed our holiday very much but the location was a little out of the way for us. The place itself is up a very steep hill which takes roughly 20 mins to walk to the main road and then another 20 mins to walk into town. The burriana beach takes about the same again another very steep hill. We used taxis a lot which probably by the end of the holiday we would have spent an extra £100. We didn’t want to hire a car as my husband didn’t want to drive as he drives a lot in the UK.. I would say for this location a car is very essential. But all in all we had a great holiday in a lovely villa.

Superbe endroit, merveilleux séjour.

Nous revenions pour la 2ème dans ce belle appartement. L’endroit est vraiment magnifique avec une vue splendide sur la mer de la terrasse. La résidence est bien entretenue avec un jardin magnifique. La piscine est immense avec un maître nageur pour surveiller en cas de problème. La résidence dispose d’un parking, il est très facile de se garer. Le propriétaire Monsieur Chapman est très sympathique et répond toujours rapidement aux différentes questions. A quelques minutes du centre de Nerja, les commerces, la plage et le fabuleux balcon de l’europe sont tout proches. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement très agréable, c’est vraiment un coup de cœur pour toute la famille, merci.

Quiet Location

The Villa is Located in a quiet area of Nerja and was clean and tidy, the communal pool is excellent one of the best we have used. There is a bar and restaurant 10 mins walk away in Capistrano Village but is not a flat walk. On that subject in my opinion you will definitely need a car as the nearest beach and the centre of Nerja are 40-45 mins walk away all down hill, therefore the walk back is uphill and hard work.

A nice property well up in the hillside with a good view

It has everything you need and is well maintained. As it is up a fairly steep hill and the property is spread over three levels you need to be fit and unless you are willing to stay very local I would say you need a car. A quiet area with properties mainly owned by Spanish people.

Villa Apartment with a view

Great stay at the apartment, that felt like a home from home that really help make the holiday. Easy to get to from the A-7 and plenty of parking as we had a hire car as we wanted to explore the local area. The apartment was very clean and well presented. The bedrooms air conditioning made pleasant to sleep at night when we were not sitting out on the roof terrace for breakfast, lunch, or enjoying the stars after walking back hill up from an evening meal out. Pool area was clean with 1m to 2m depth suitable for children (there was also a toddler pool. Life guards was present at all times when pool were open,other families enjoying the quiet and relaxing environment.
