Pros: The apartment itself is absolutely great and very much like in the description. I was positively surprised that it had three floors with the top floor having the big and comfortable roof terrace. First (ground) and second floors had cool electronic window blinds, something I haven't seen before. Extra care had been taken to ensure that the apartment was spotless clean and that there was everything one needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the welcoming wine bottle and the Lavazza coffee beans. There were some snacks too. To put it shortly, I liked pretty much everything about the apartment.
Cons: Not much negative things to say, but I always try to find some regardless. Firstly, the apartment next to this one seems to also be a rental apartment and had a group of noisy people staying there at the same time, bothering my own stay a bit. This I would regard as bad luck. Secondly, I thought there was not much of a sea view from Casa Murillo, but rather a mountain and neighborhood view.
