(Tourist registry of Andalucía id: VFT/MA/03289) Pueblo Los Arcos 4 Nerja is a pretty townhouse with a private garden and a communal pool with a relaxing atmosphere. The townhouse is located in a small gated urbanization that is perfectly safe for both families and couples. It is a ten-minute walk down to the Burriana beach, and a fifteen-minute walk down to the center of Nerja. You can take advantage of what the two nearby hotels have to offer: A gourmet tapas restaurant, an Andalucian-style café bar, a garden bar, entertainment some nights of the week…

The townhouse is accessed through the communal security gate. There is a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with air-condition and direct-access to the private garden, and a toilet. You can do outdoor dining on the garden terrace while watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The TV in the living room has a lot of UK channels through IPTV.

On the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with air-condition and Juliette balconies, as well as the bathroom with bath, shower head over the bath, toilet, bidet and sink.

If you have a car, there is a private car parking area at the entrance of the urbanization. There are two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping.

Lovely little townhouse with access to a communal pool, which was never particularly busy. A short walk down to Burriana Beach (although uphill coming back) and a great Mercadona right opposite. About a 20/25 mins walk to the Balcon.Very secure property, and easy self check in which is sent before you arrive. Communication with the owner is good, however wish it was known that a gardener comes once a week, as it was quite alarming to suddenly have a stranger enter the garden whilst on the terrace. Well equipped kitchen, great shower room and downstairs toilet was useful too. Property is very clean. Only niggle was the Aircon in the main bedroom wasn't as effective as the others but I would still happily rebook if we visit Nerja again.

Great place, loads of space, pretty outside garden gets the afternoon sun and a good sized communal pool. Right opposite a huge supermarket which was really convenient. 10-15 minute walk to Burriana beach. We enjoyed staying there and would certainly stay there again when we return. Owner was response to the odd questions we had.

Schönes Haus mit schöner Terrasse. Wir waren zwar ers irritiert, dass die auf der anderen hausseite liegt als der Pool, da war es aber (trotz Blick auf den Supermarkt) viel angenehmer, insbesondere schattiger.Ich hätte jetzt fast geschrieben das ein Schlüssel nicht reicht, es waren derer aber 5, wo die Markierungen denn dann schnell den Weg zum richtigen Schloss gewiesen haben, aber 1 Satz ist zu wenig, wenn man mal unterschiedliches machen will…Mein Kopfkissen muss ersetzt werden, das konnte ich trotz frischen duftenden Bezug nich benutzen.Wir haben dir Tage für die Erkundung von nerja genutzt. Man kann tatsächlich zum Meer und zu vielen Restaurants zu Fuß gehen, zum Balkon ist es etwas weit…Der Pool ist schön.

La maison de vacances de Lars est un véritable petit paradis. Tout y est et tout est absolument parfait. La maison est parfaitement située, au calme, tout en restant proche de la plage, encore plus de la piscine qui est à quelques mètres seulement de la maison, du centre ville et le supermarché est en face! La ville de Nerja est très agréable et très bien située pour visiter les alentours. La maison est encore plus belle en réalité et plus grande que sur les photos. Elle est très bien équipée, très confortable, très cosy. Elle dispose d’une jolie terrasse et d’un très beau petit jardin arboré et fleuri, le tout sans aucun vis, un vrai luxe! On s’y sent tellement bien, c’est un cadre vraiment idéal pour des vacances. Un petit parking permet également de garer la voiture, mais il y a peu de places, et il est tout à fait possible de se garer si besoin un peu en contrebas dans la rue sans difficulté et sans frais. La communication avec Lars a été vraiment très agréable également, avec des informations relatives à notre arrivée très claires et de bons conseils de visites et d’adresses. Je recommande vivement cette maison de vacances. Nous avons pour principe de ne pas revenir en vacances là où nous sommes déjà allés, mais je pense que nous ferons une exception pour cette fois…

Great Holiday

We had a lovely stay at Los Arcos. The house suited myself, my husband and 2 children very much. The pool was lovely and the supermarket was right across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Lovely stay

We were at the property for 3 nights. The owner had sent us several detailed emails with information about the house and the surrounding area. The house was clean, beds were comfortable , air conditioning in the bedrooms and the sitting/dining room, the kitchen was quite small but well equipped with kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge freezer and kitchen utensils. There is a supermarket across the road and the beach is 10-15 minutes walk away. The swimming pool was fantastic as the temperatures soar!

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks in Nerja. Contact with owner during the booking and prior to arrival was straight forward. We were provided with some helpful information about the property prior to arrival. The house was well equipped and the use of the hotel pool was a lovely benefit. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning which was essential in late July/early August. The main beach and Nerja town centre are within 15-20 mins walking distance. Having the supermarket adjacent to the property was very convenient.

The property was very nicely presented & on first inspection appeared exactly as described on Owner's Direct website. The situation overlooking the pool was lovely and decor in house was very nice. However the first problem we encountered was when we put the kettle on & this tripped the main electric switch leaving us without any electricity. Given the high standard of this property another disappointment was the fact that there was no handwash or soap in either of the toilets or any cleaning liquids for dishes or cloths to wipe surfaces. Perhaps we were unlucky in arriving Sunday pm when shops were closed & also the next day was a local holiday, so again the nearby supermarkets were closed. As we were only staying in this property for 4 days and travelling lightly we did not expect to have to buy handwash, dishwashing liquid & toilet cleaner. When I queried this with the holiday letting agency we were told they had not been tasked with supplying anything of this nature. Eventually on Tues evening we were given a new kettle & a clothes airer as this was also missing. Having said all this we did enjoy visiting Nerja & surrounding area. Another reason for only giving this rating was the very early check out time of 10am & the fact that the cleaners were waiting outside the property from 9.30am & finally knocked on the door at 9.55am.
