Situated in the Aljamar urbanisation, this spacious villa enjoys an ideal location with easy access to Burriana Beach, famous for its wide selection of bars, restaurants and water sports. Competitively priced for up to 6 guests, the villa also offers an additional bedroom, allowing accommodation for up to 8 guests in total.
Comfortably furnished throughout, this charming property is arranged over three floors and includes free Wi-Fi, international TV channels, a washing machine, and air conditioning in the three main bedrooms. There is also a private garage with space for two cars and direct access into the villa.
The entrance to the villa is on the upper floor, leading into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with large windows opening onto the outdoor terrace. To the left of the entrance is the fully equipped independent kitchen. There is also a separate WC on this level. The living room is fitted with air conditioning.
A staircase leads down to the middle floor, where three of the villa's four bedrooms are located: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All three bedrooms on this floor are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warmer months. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower on this level. Each bedroom has French doors opening directly onto the private pool area, complete with a barbecue and outdoor dining table. The private swimming pool measures 3.26 x 3.3 metres and is 1.8 metres deep.
A further flight of stairs leads down to the ground floor, where you will find the fourth bedroom. This double bedroom has an internal window and does not have air conditioning; however, a fan is provided for your comfort. This floor also features a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower, as well as direct access to the spacious private garage.
In addition to the private swimming pool, which is open and maintained all year round, guests also have access to the large communal swimming pool, which is open from June to September.
All rentals include bed linen and towels, which are changed weekly for stays of more than 10 nights. End-of-stay cleaning is also included. We also offer a range of optional extras, subject to availability and an additional charge, including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional cleaning, taxi transfers and pet-friendly stays (available on request).

Nerja also benefits from an excellent public transport network, or you may prefer to hire a car and explore the region at your own pace.
