Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the property is less than 15 minutes’ walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The villa consists of a bright living room with access to a large furnished terrace overlooking the pool, a well-equipped open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. There is a TV lounge with a double sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath. The property can accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. Baby equipment can be hired and is available for an extra fee. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The property is spread over 3 levels.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, upper and lower terraces, garden furniture, sunbeds, a balcony off the main bedroom with table and chairs, and a small barbecue. Walking or driving distance to the nearest restaurant is 5 minutes, and to the nearest supermarket is 4 minutes. Walking distance to the beach is less than 15 minutes downhill. Nerja Playa Burriana is nearby.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage. The swimming pool is generally not catered for use in winter months. Due to recent heavy rain in the south of Spain during January and February, the pool surface was damaged and is currently undergoing cosmetic repair, resulting in the pool being emptied for the repair to take place.
