Great stay

We had an amazing time at this house. Everything was spotless clean and the view was breathtaking - we even got to see two bald eagles! The property had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition to the experience. We will definitely be back!

What a great trip! The house was lovely and clean. Cozy window nooks with ocean views perfect for reading and coffee. It is in a sweet gated neighborhood community very near to the Neskowin store and cafe. Be ready for a long walk from the house to the neighborhood beach access trail which spits you out at the Ghost Forest. It is worth the walk. You can also drive to the public access parking lot which is close by and get to the beach that way. I can echo what some other reviews said about teflon pans and also very few blankets in the house. We had two GORGEOUS sunny days in mid March followed by multiple days of exciting ocean storms. We would absolutely (and hope to) return to this house. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This home is very clean and has an amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully the fireplace will be working soon. But was still a great place to stay even without it!

Oregon Coastal Experience

This property provided a beautiful spot to experience the Oregon coast's mysteries from cloud layers and fog to bright sunshine, watching the tides and waves fluctuate throughout the day and hearing the sounds of the ocean. The views are exceptional!

Stunning views, great location

This location of this home provides phenomenal views of Proposal Rock and the coast line. It’s a great size and having the separate living areas with mini kitchen downstairs is wonderful. My only complaints are: the kitchen needs to be a stocked with some basic items (olive oil and a few more spices would be nice) and the pots and pans need to be replaced. There are many non stick pans that are clearly unsafe to use as they are scratched horribly. I also think for the price, the bedding should be upgraded, particularly the pillows and the king size mattress in the downstairs bedroom. The cushions that are in the bay windows should also be replaced or deeply cleaned; they were visibly soiled, which makes it hard to feel comfy/cozy sitting on. If those couple things were fixed this place will be 10/10.

Place that you want to return

Thank you for unforgettable time in your house. Very nice view, quiet and secure area, Place is comfortable, and clean. Kitchen stuck well, plenty of towels and toiletries. We enjoy evening time in jacuzzi. Im already looking to rent this place for my family around September.

Million Dollar View

The views of the beach onto the beaches below are truly one of a kind. We found ourselves staying in the house more than we thought just because of how great it is. Cozy and wonderful, would recommend!

A wonderful home

We were awed by the view, the comfort, and the cleanliness of this house. Our group had a terrific week here and hope to come back! The kitchen was complete and we enjoyed preparing meals all week. And that is not to mention the hot tub that was clean and always at the perfect temperature.

Loved the overall house. Tho the listing said 2 King and 2 double beds and pull out couch; not accurate. There is: 2 King beds (one downstairs is old and uncomfortable) 1 double and pull out couch.

Unbelievable view

The view is outstanding. Just a short walk to beach. House very clean and spacious for four adults and two kids. Wonderful to hear ocean all night. Did I mention how nice the view is?

Fabulous beach house!

So much I love about this house! The view can't be beat! The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having it's own deck and view of the ocean is a plus! Loved the large Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom! The hot tub is amazing with the view and was quiet and private with no neighbors in view. Even saw bald Eagles! The walk to the beach was not too far and although the stairs are many and steep, taken at a leisurely pace are so worth that gorgeous beach with Proposal Rock and all it's beauty! I definitely would come back to this house, was very clean and comfortable!

Our Honeymoon

What a beautiful place! This was our first stop on our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! The views from the outside decks, the indoor window seats and the hot tub were amazing! We loved being able to cook our meals in the well furnished kitchen and just really enjoyed our time. We shared pictures of our stay, and many of our friends and family are very interested in making this a place they get to stay at someday as well! Thank you!

What a view!

If theres bad weather like ice/snow--avoid this house. We got trapped by unusual ice storm and the road was bad for 3 days. Otherwise the place is amazing. Our 2nd time there and will do again, just not if snow or ice are expected:) Great property manager...very helpful.

Neskowin trip

We loved our first stay in Neskowin and will definitely return soon. This was home is in a great location and we were blown away by the views! This a special property that needs a little love to improve the overall experience. The floorplan was perfect for our family. We traveled with our two daughters and their two friends. The downstairs was a perfect set up for the kids. The only things we would strongly recommend is replace the bedroom carpet in all rooms with vinyl plank flooring. All the carpets/rugs are stained and have more than reached the end of its lifespan. All of the frying pans and sheet pans are in poor condition. Despite these flaws we loved our stay.
