New two-bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Sunny beach, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the beach and amenities. It's a great place for a relaxing and comfortable family vacation.

The attractions are easily accessible by foot or bus, and public transport is a 5-minute walk away.

The space
Close proximity to the sea, park, shops and cafes will make your stay comfortable.

Guest access
The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room, which is combined with a kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin. The rooms connect to a small corridor. The apartment has a comfortable outside area.

There is no elevator, access is via steps. The apartment is on the ground floor.

Wir waren eine Woche im Appartement. War gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten, die die volle Punktzahl drücken: Sonnenschirm und ein Stapelsessel (Armlehne) defekt. Ansonsten zu empfehlen.

Nice place to stay

The complex is really nice and the pool is lovely. The neighbours are mostly friendly and the apartment is comfortable. There is a small patio out front with tables, chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is functional but the oven was a bit of a challenge! The down side was an infestation of ants which were all over the work surfaces and were coming up behind the splashbacks. They could do with a bead of mastic around the edges to hopefully stop them. A tv was on the list of amenities but there was no power lead or remote which didn’t affect us but might disappoint some. A car is needed realistically but there is a Lidl five minutes away by road. Overall though we had a smashing week

Очень чистый и комфортный апартмент. Есть все необходимая для проживания от крема, до любых мелочей. Хозяйка очень любезная и классная, все у неё продумано со вкусом до мельчайших деталий!
