「Located with easy access to the beach and Main Street, the space is small but ended up working well for our needs. Unfortunately when we arrived the refrigerator was not working properly and did not keep our food cold. This was a problem as we had planned our meals assuming that we were going to have a full working kitchen. 「Home was clean. If you have people upstairs it’s very loud. Very nice and quick walk to the beach. Bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. 」

「Had to clean BBQ grill it was filthy dirty. They charge $50.00 if they have to clean it. I had to buy propane at $14.00 for a bottle. I forgot my Bluetooth speaker valued at $135.00 and couldn't make contact with anyone to get it back so I went and bought another one. So some sort of compensation on this not so great visit would be appreciated.」

「Fridge seemed to be a little on warmer side not sure it was working properly but wasn't a concern for me. Was a pair of old boxers left by the hot tube not mine. Hot tub water was on lower side with grass and stuff in it. Couch wasn't what was in pictures and had some tains but brought blankets to cover so not a huge deal. Really just little things in my opinion but want to write an honest review.」

「The house was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to locate and a short walk to the beach. The house is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The house is supplied with nice towels; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen wells supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils. 「The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.」
