“The pros:We all had an absolutely amazing time, why?We came to stay at Villa Sara from a very busy few days stay in the City of Rome and needed some R&R! We definitely got this and so much more! From the very booking communication was prompt and available when needed, a warm and friendly welcome on arrival by Sara and her father. The villa inside was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with absolutely everything you need (including a lovely little welcome basket ) Outside is breathtakingly……

“Good location. Close enough to walk to supermarket and 2 train stations. Pool was nice. Air conditioning very helpful during the summer heat. Would recommend to any groups up to 4 people.”

“We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.”

“Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo ”

“We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends……

“Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.”

“This Italian Villa has a perfect location for a great getaway. Its serene location on a lake and large lot at the end of a quiet lane makes for a very peaceful holiday. Well located between the beaches of Sabaudia and San Felice Ciscero a quick trip to the beach is just minutes away all in all a perfect location with a great host.”
