「約好5:00pm入住, 沒有職員招待，多次電話聯絡，十多分鐘才到，帶我們上apartment，入內才知道未有清潔房間，又未能找人支援，衹有帶我們去鄰近的其他apartment, 我們訂的是2房可以住兩對夫妻成年人的apartment,但是衹有一個間房內有2張床」

The property is perfectly located in the center of Darmstadt, right in the market area, and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants offering Turkish, Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Halal cuisine. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darmstadt.」

「We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. 」
