Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. "What a great stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy including picking us up and dropping us back at the train station. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you could need to be comfortable. We wish we had added another day to our trip just to stay in the apartment and look out over the vineyards. Hannelore pointed out a good restaurant just up the road for us to have dinner and a bakery for breakfast, both of which were amazing....

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...
