“Customer service and friendly staff ”

“The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable for a cold night. The breakfast was light and good. Overall the hotel was clean and staff friendly. ”

“Front desk was amazing! We were there for a funeral and the front desk helped with location for food. We ended up getting pizzas and bringing them back... the front desk provided paper plates as the pizza place did not. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was nice, but hurt your eyes after sitting in the room for an hour. Breakfast was normal for a hampton inn.”

“The room was spotless, the beds were super cozy, and the bathroom and room was very spacious!! Being super dog friendly and having multiple fur babies around the property was a bonus plus! ”

“The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.”

“Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Really good value overall. Note they don’t necessarily provide kitchen amenities even though there’s a kitchen - they expect you to travel with pots and pans I suppose. But this is an issue with the chain in general. Only certain limited locations provide kitchen utensils and pans. Most don’t. Nonetheless, still a nice hotel and a good value. Just a weird business model. ”

“Had lower expectations due to the price. But, this was amazing, especially for the kids. The pool area is fun for ages 10 and below. It was cold in the pool room, but the kids were fine with it, and there is a hot tub. Everything worked. The breakfast was surprisingly good with diverse options. The staff all around were friendly. There is constant free coffee available at the hotel. Sure, it's an older hotel and it shows. But for the value, a no brainer for a deal. Exceeded expectations, would……
