"Was very reasonable in pricing!"

"The only amenities in our room were shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a tiny bar of soap, a k-cup coffee maker, iron, ironing board & hair dryer. No microwave nor refrigerator. The hairdryer crackled & snapped to the point we were worried it could start a fire & the iron in the room did not work. There is a box of sundries that has infrared sensors to detect whether an item is removed from the box to subsequently charge you for. One of the items in that box is coffee pods. (Bring your own because these were like $17 for 4 pods!!) Also, we had a "pool view" room (& had hoped to use the pool) but when we looked out the window the entire pool & courtyard were under construction-- we were not avoided of this before arrival nor upon arrival. Parking is convenient but be sure to pay for it at the reception or you could be charged twice for it. "

"Front desk staff not helpful. Kiosk not helpful. I guess they ran out of my room type. And instead of the kiosk telling me this all it said was “your room will be ready at 3pm” but it was 8pm already. Staff offered to upgrade my room but for $250 more per night (seriously!??) "

"Really close to the sphere, made it easy to get around, only objection was the WiFi was brutal to stay connected. "

"Staff was nice, some employees were a little abrupt. All casino staff was great. We stayed in the tower that had some renovations and the mattress were absolutely horrible. "

"The room wasn’t clean. There were leftover bottles and cans in the refrigerator. Our bathroom amenities kit and tissue were empty when we arrived to our room and were not filled when housekeeping came the next day. Room service was delivered in to go boxes in a paper bag. Overall very disappointed in the room. "
