Nevada Hotel with Pool

"The room was clean, but the room overall had a bad smell when you walked in. The walls are extra thin. You can hear when people are talking or doing whatever they’re doing next door kept me up for four hours the one night that we stayed there. The beds are hard. I should’ve just slept on the floor probably would’ve been a lot more comfortable. "

"We really liked our stay, the suite was clean and comfortable, the parking was convenient, the breakfast was simple but GOOD (we really liked that they separated the eggs and the sausage). "As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "

"Really nice hotel, the whole first floor is the lobby with nice places to sit, work, relax with the view of the pool. Pool and water view were amazing. "

"1. Water from bathroom faucet are coming very slow 2, drinking water two bottles were given on very first day 3. Breakfast even not sufficient for every guest. If you go few hours after 6 am food is not sufficiently available "
