    This vacation rental, classified two stars, offers 25 m² for two people. The ground floor includes a 13 m² room equipped with stove, mini oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a dining area with table and chairs. It adjoins the sanitary rooms, a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet as well as the separate toilet. Upstairs (12 m²) is the bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed which can also be used as needed. There is a room for storing your luggage and bikes. In the common laundry room there is a washing machine and a sink.

Un logement fonctionnel très bien placé !

Une arrivée sous le soleil dans ce logement qui réunit tout le nécessaire pour un séjour parfait. Dès notre approche dans l'impasse longeant la bâtisse, nous avons été accueilli très aimablement par notre hôte qui nous a indiqué l'espace de stationnement impeccable à proximité de l'entrée.La découverte du logement qui a suivi fut sans fausse note. Celui-ci est fidèle à la description et même plus appréciable encore dans la réalité. Les explications de notre hôte furent très claires et un document mis à disposition durant le séjour synthétise très bien l'ensemble. Gros points forts : les lits avaient été faits avec beaucoup de soin avant notre arrivée. C'est appréciable !!!Et il y a de quoi occulter la fenêtre de la mezzanine (et la porte vitrée d'entrée)! Bien pensé pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas se lever avec les poules en vacances et/ou sont sensibles à la lumière ;D !Autre point très agréable : il y a un accès à une remise et une buanderie. Cela permettant notamment de centraliser le matériel indispensable pour le ménage et de ne pas encombrer le logement inutilement. Ceci..et d'autres points que vous pourrez découvrir avec nos hôtes !Concernant la situation du logement, je suis ravie. Je craignais un peu la proximité avec la route mais ce n'est pas une voie de très grand passage et avec des boules Quiès, indispensables au quotidien en ce qui me concerne, j'ai très bien dormi et mon petitou également.

klein und bescheiden, aber sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Das Objekt ist klein, liegt direkt an einer Straße, die am Tage gut befahren ist. Dennoch kam es unseren Bedürfnissen entgegen, da wir von dort sehr schöne Wanderungen machen konnten, auf verschiedenen Wegen die Landschaft entdeckt haben undbei dem guten Wetter stets abends draußen im Garten essen konnten

Lovely little brick house, functional, with everything we needed, reasonable price

Plus very attentive and helpful hosts! Nice big garden. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would rent it again when planning a trip to the area!!
