Great little cave hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to the Main Street (5 minutes walk) and lots of dining options in the street. Room is cozy and warm. Quiet and feel safe.

What an incredible gem! With only 8 rooms, this hotel is cozy yet classic in its cave-style architecture. Loved the rooftop patio and the breakfast was incredible.

Hotel is very close to the city center, walkable. Staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections are great, they will cook omelette every morning if requested. Terrace is nice to watch the balloons go up in arly morning. Be prepared for a short hilly walk going to the hotel-

Amazing location with delicious breakfast

We had a great stay at Apex cave Cappadocia. It is walking distance to the center and bus station. And it is also close to many attractions. The terrace overlooks a beautiful view. Didn’t have the chance to see the hot air balloons because of the weather, but I would imagine it would be amazing because of the location of the place. The room is clean with very good heating system. The breakfast is delicious. We used to look forward to it, simple, authentic and tasty, Songul is a great cook with a welcoming smile. Elif and Yusuf were very helpful and welcoming too. Would consider coming again.

I stayed in the cave room. Room was very hot and humid. The old fan they provided was not enough to keep the room cool. There were termites in the bathroom next to the hand sink. Stayed for 5 days. Only was offered room service for 2 days. I had to empty my own bin a number of times. Good location and great roof top location for the hot air balloons. Room & service was poor quality.

This hotel is small but so nice and you can see the balloons from the terrace. The staff was very helpful and welcoming to us. The wine bottle as a welcome gift was the cherry on top of this incredible experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Tessekürler!

I was travelling with my friend and we had the most amazing stay at Apex Cave Hotel! We stayed in one of the cave suites and it was just delightful, such a unique experience and scenery. Everyone was so helpful even before our arrival, with great assistance in booking airport transfers, tours and the hot air balloon rides. Each of these experiences were perfect so we appreciate their guidance in selecting tour companies. Every breakfast was wonderful - fresh omelettes, bourek (among other goodies) and delicious coffee. The view from their rooftop terrace was breathtaking. While we got up early to walk to “sunrise peak”, we made a stop at our terrace and looked no further. There’s a perfect view of the hot air balloons in the morning and so much cozier right from “home”. We also want to particularly thank Hazel who absolutely went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was wonderfully warm, knowledgeable and hospitable. Overall, excellent stay, the hotel is in a great location near many good restaurants and cafes. We were truly sad to leave!

THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE A PROPER HEATING SYSTEM. EXPEDIA AND THE HOTEL REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND. We booked for two nights but could not stay. The rooms were too cold. Although the heater was on, it was not enough to warm up the room. We left because I was concerned about my health. I’m extremely disappointed in Expedia and Apex Hotel because they refuse to give me a refund. Even though I offered to pay for one night, out of the two. I will take this matter to the highest level possible. This is unacceptable. The client ends up being punished for Expedia’s lack of customer service. It’s not about the money, it’s about being fair.

No geral foi uma hospedagem excelente. A equipe foi atenciosa e simpática e nos permitiu deixar as nossas malas armazenadas após o check out até a noite. Pontos de melhoria: nosso quarto teve uma questão com o teto esfarelar (caiam pequenas partes dele), acredito que por ser uma cabana... Também sugerimos colocar mais opções vegetarianas/veganas no café da manhã (eu e meu namorado somos veganos e não tinha muita variedade, exceto por algumas frutas e pão com geleia).
