Really easy to get to town. Roof space is nice to see the balloons in the morning. Staff was very friendly. Wish there was better lighting in the room, and the shower wasn't the best (not great draining, small and high pressure). Overall, thought it was a nice place for the price and the location was a great selling point.

When we visited Goreme for first time in 2015, we stayed this hotel, and we liked it so much. This is already our 4th time to visit Goreme, and again we picked this Falcon cave suites, they have never changed their nice atmosphere such as warm hospitality, cleanness, cozy room with whirlpool bath even the area is getting modern touristic place. We were so happy our staying there.

The highlights of the hotel were the room in the cave and the breakfast. The staff was helpful and the location was also good. The whole area is going through some major roadwork so it was a bit dusty everywhere otherwise it was good.

The place is clean with nice people around. The environment feels more like a home than a hotel. It would be nice if they offer competitive rates for hot air balloon and other tours. Kadir’s mom and brother were very welcoming.

Vasatın da altında bir otel.

Benim kaldığım oda çok sıcaktı. Diğer odalar da öyledir tahminimce. Klima takılsaydı bu sorun çözülürdü ancak vantilatör taktılar. O da çok ses yapıyor. Otelin bahçesi çöplük gibi. Boşuna paranıza yazık etmeyin.

La camera era esattamente come nelle foto. Peccato per la pulizia, inesistente nel bagno, soprattutto nella vasca idromassaggio e nella doccia. Se voglio fare un’idromassaggio, pago per averla nella camera ma pago anche affinché sia pulita e utilizzabile e non piena di sporco ai lati e sul fondo. Era inutilizzabile. La doccia invece non scaricava per niente: lo scarico era pieno di capelli e sporcizia di chissà quanti altri clienti, uno schifo! Abbiamo tolto il possibile affinché scendesse un po’ meglio l’acqua ma più si cerca di liberare lo scarico più cose escono e più si blocca… Nonostante questo il letto era comodo. Consiglierei di aggiungere una tenda più oscurante o qualcosa per evitare che la luce entri dalla finestra, perché così sveglia sempre all’alba (6.30) a causa della luce… Il personale potrebbe essere molto più cordiale, sembrava quasi che la presenza dei clienti desse fastidio Mai un sorriso, nè una parola. La colazione viene servita nella stessa stanza dove si fa il check-in, infatti un giorno ci siamo ritrovati tutti a fare colazione e una famiglia è arrivata a fare il check-in, lasciando bagagli ecc in mezzo alla sala, con noi clienti che dovevamo passare avanti e indietro per prendere la colazione. E appena i clienti si alzano dal tavolo finita colazione, andrebbe liberato il tavolo. Non si può aspettare fino a quando il cliente successivo arriva. Stanno ristrutturando alcune camere al piano sopra, speriamo migliori anche l’atteggiamento verso il cliente…

Great comfortable rooms /Early check-out time

We had a pleasant stay overall, the rooms are great - with a comfortable bed, a lot of space and a huge bathroom. It was also very clean and the breakfast was good. Check-out time at 10 a.m. latest is definitely too early though and the breakfast time too short (8.30-10.00) and the owners were not always accessible. However, still very recommendable:)

The staff was really kind and friendly. The room was amazing and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top! The location was really convenient, we were able to go anywhere by walking. Also, the tours offered in the hotel were really good and had good prices.

Perfect!

A family owned small and cozy place. Great staff. I arrived a bit early but they helped me settle in and gave me free breakfast and coffee while I waited. The room was super clean, comfortable and equipped with a jacuzzi. The manager was very thorough with cleaning the rooms with disinfectant. The place is 3 minutes away from the bus stop. Much better than many of the hotels in the area. The perfect place to stay for my mini vacation.
