Really everything is beautiful, fantastic location. considering the times of the tours that depart from the center of Goreme, I recommend bringing the breakfast start time earlier, because you have very little time available.

Perfect terrace to see hot air balloons

Staying in a cave hotel for the first time was interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The highlight was the terrace with a very nice view of the balloons. Wake up early!

We recently spent 5 nights at this property, which is conveniently located near dining and shopping options. We stayed in the cave suite, which was spacious, though the furniture felt a bit outdated. Each morning, we enjoyed the stunning views of Goreme and the hot air balloons from the rooftop. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly. However, our ground-floor room faced a small courtyard, and we could smell cigarette smoke, which triggered my allergies. It would be great if there was a designated smoking area. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we might consider staying here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is perfect for visiting the area and the hotel itself is charming and a really great and unique place to stay. However, the staff are what really makes it - they couldn’t have be more helpful, from recommending and helping us to book our trips and airport transfers, suggesting places to eat, and even opening up a little earlier for breakfast so we could get something to eat ahead of our departure. A lovely place to visit and a really memorable holiday. Thank you.

I loved the chimney room It is really authentic experience of staying in a cave. The staff are very helpful.. You see the balloons in the morning. Some even pass by the hotel. Close to city center. Basic but decent hotel entities. And breakfast. Very nice hotel. Best experience ever.

Exceptional hospitality with amazing views!

A fantastic hotel. My cave room was exceptional, complete with coffee and tea daily. The rooftop views here are incredible. I am convinced they are the best and I loved spending both mornings and evenings there, as one can watch both sunrise and sunset from this 360 view. The hospitality of the team is exceptional, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and to organize everything that you need. The organized the best Green Tour for me! Loved the local restaurant recommendations as well. Truly a magical stay here. I felt the hotel team made me feel right at home.
