A must stay

For the price, this hotel is absolutely brilliant! The breakfast was a typical Turkish spread, but very tasty and fresh. What really stood out was how incredibly clean everything was – honestly the cleanest place I’ve stayed in during my time in Kapadokya. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to assist. Highly recommend for a comfortable and affordable stay!

The staff here go above and beyond! Upgraded my room without me asking , booked a super affordable hot air balloon ride for me, and were very kind and accommodating! The rooms are beautiful and well kept :)

Die Lage war gut, 5 Minuten zur Hauptstrasse von Göreme, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und nett eingerichtet. Riesiges Bad. Schöner Balkon, der sinnigerweise vom Bad abging. Einziger Minuspunkt war die zu dunkle Beleuchtung. Lesen war abends nur mit Hilfe unserer Stirnlampe möglich. Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

Yeri kolay ve temiz otel, güler yüzlü hizmet

Gayet ilgili personeller, özellikle otelin sahibi çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, hiç bir isteğimizi geri çevirmedi. Temizlik düzenli olarak yapılmakta, terastan peri bacaları görünmekte, balonlar sabah saatlerinde izlenebilmektedir. Kahvaltıda gözleme ve menemen gibi seçenekler mevcut. Yeri çok merkezi ve kolay.

Place and cleanliness was good but staff was not hospital or friendly. They were there just bieng indifferent from the guests. If you talk they respond but stay flat face without smile.

Employees are friendly and the breakfast also good. Busy shopping area, restaurants and all tour/transportation services are within one or two block. No air condition, no fan in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. No washer, dryer in the property. Good fit for my budget

Horrible experience

Please do not book this hotel for your stay in Goreme, you will really regret it. I went with my wife and two kids. (1 year old and 3 year old). They told us our room was in the basement. They did not have any infant cribs for child. It was a cold night, there was no heating even after asking for it. We all slept on the cold dusty floor. The next morning we went to breakfast around 8:45am, the waitress was standing in front of the buffet eating her gourmet eggs with tomatoes while most of the buffet bowls were empty. My kids ate a piece of cake. There were no eggs for us and most other bowls were empty. When other guests came in, she asked them if they wanted an egg omelette and started cooking it for them (we could see because the kitchen is right behind the buffet and there is no wall). After serving the guests coming after us, I approached her and asked why she didn’t ask my family and why everything was empty, she just smiled and said do you want an omelette too? We left hungry. We checked out of the hotel at 9:30am even though we paid for two nights. We asked for a refund after this horrible experience, they did not give it. We contacted hotels.com to help us, they communicated with this hotel but they still did not give us back our refund. We arrived at night and left in the morning but paid for two days which we did not get our money back for. Cannot believe how some people manage hotels and their customers, these are all fake reviews on their page.
