The bedrooms are cozy, and the common spaces have a zen-like vibe, great if you need a quick recharge. The rustic and medieval aesthetic of the hotel transports you back to simpler times, and the breathtaking views of the fairy chimneys and mountains from the rooftop are truly remarkable. Whether you go to this hotel or not, I highly recommend trying the Safran Cave Cafe pizza. We got the Turkish sausage pizza, made in their very own pizza oven, and each bite of it was bursting with flavour and covered in stretchy mozzarella. This hotel is also conveniently located near a wide variety of shops, cafes, and taxi stands. The Safran Cave hotel employee was more than happy to assist us in booking our excursions and made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped on the property. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys mouth-watering food, impeccable hospitality, and easy access to local gift shops and cafes.

Staying in a cave-style room was a unique experience—authentic yet equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, such as cozy bedding, a modern bathroom, and air conditioning. The rustic stone walls and carefully curated decor added to the charm. Service The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided detailed recommendations for local tours and even arranged a breathtaking hot-air balloon ride for us. Their attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. Food The complimentary breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, and regional specialties, served in a scenic terrace setting overlooking the surreal Cappadocian landscape. Had a wonderful 5 night stay here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel at home. The breakfast included some home made dishes which were delicious and the ladies serving breakfast were nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ferida who organized our tours and was always ready to assist us in any way. Overall a very pleasant experience in a well located property close to shops and restaurants.

Loved our stay here! Cute rooms although they are very small. I traveled with my partner and we realize we need a bit more space. The beds were comfortable. The views were nice up from the terrace. Breakfast was yummy and most importantly the staff was excellent!!
