Awesome staff, great location, very clean rooms and breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace overlooking Love Valley where hot air balloons would take off. Breakfast was excellent. There is no lunch or dinner in the hotel dining area but no worries they recommend the best like Dibek for classic pottery kebab which we enjoyed much. Abdullah and the lady were both nice. My wife was surprised with a cake, balloons and wine when we entered the room as in a few days it would be her birthday. How sweet the gesture was from the hotel! That was definitely so much plus points. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Göreme.

I initially booked a one-night stay at this hotel, which turned into four nights due to the exceptional experience I had with them. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The staff here are incredibly kind and highly professional. They assisted me in booking all my excursions and ensured my safety throughout. I must commend the front office team, especially Abdullah, for their outstanding service in making my Cappadocia experience unforgettable. The breakfast, prepared by two talented women who treated me like family, was exceptional. Not to mention, my room was impeccably clean and well-maintained at all times. If you are seeking accommodation in Cappadocia, this is undoubtedly the place to be.

Nice cave hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only downside is that their overcharge for anything you schedule through them: day trips, airport transfers, etc. So stay there but don't schedule anything through them.

Terra cave is perfectly located in Gerome town within walking distance to the sunset observation point and plenty of restaurants nearby. There was road pavement ongoing during our stay but once it is completed, the taxi pickup should be all right. We stayed for 3 nights from March 21-24 when it was snowing and all balloon flights were canceled. The room is a little outdated and small, what makes it different is the staff and care! Abdulla is very attentive and sent us fruit plate and wine due to the road construction. Even though no restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast was quite good quality. Overall it is very good choice considering the economic and service!!!

I recommend this cave hotel when staying at Goreme. The staff is excellent. Abdullah was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The ladies at the rooftop breakfast also do a very nice job.

Abdullah went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, providing us with a comprehensive tour of the property and invaluable recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. The room itself was a delightful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm.
