The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen/living area with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds, Smart TV, doors opening to a small patio overlooking the lake, and a half bath. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Washer and dryer available. This property has room to park 4-6 vehicles in the driveway depending on size. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. The house is on the water and has regular pest service, but an occasional bug may be spotted. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.
