Nice stay close to beach

We had a nice stay in this lovely home located just steps from the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable and our kids loved the proximity to the park with a basketball court. We were there off-season, so unfortunately tennis nets were down, but otherwise we had a great stay.

One Week Stay in June

Our family had a great stay at this quiet little lake house in the Grand beach neighborhood! The pictures on VRBO are an accurate representation with what the guests will be walking in to:HOUSE:Great house! Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents had plenty of space. Spending a week with all of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Amenities are great, plenty of cooking supplies and cooking ware, modern kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We ended up with room to spare. Although we never used the hot tub, I can see how that is an attractive amenity. It was serviced the first day we arrived and the water looked pristine. The golf cart is such a great bonus. The neighborhood embraces them and it was a great amenity for older vacationers with mobility issues. The grand parents made it to the beach with no issues! Truth be told, the house is less than a block away from the beach entrance, but still it was great to not have to lug the chairs, umbrella and towels. The garage has a pingpong table, tv and lounge space. The kids hung out there a bit and enjoyed the space. Grille, fire pit and out door seating was very nice to have on the nights we decided to stay in.NEIGHBORHOOD:You feel like you enter a resort. Watch out for Cops, they enforce the speed limit. We saw 3 groups get speeding tickets through out the stay. Pay attention to the "14.5" speed limit at the playground. The golf course was also close by.
