“Very helpful staff, clean room and breakfast was fresh.”

“The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.”

“This is an okay place to stay, in a pinch. It was clean and had a good bed and was quiet, amazingly enough given that it's a bar and grill and had a huge event going on the night I stayed. The issue I had was the metal door latch that should prevent the door opening inward from the outside was broken on the entry door and the door that exits to the courtyard. Further, there was no hair dryer in the room and no telephone to call the front desk to see if they had a hair dryer. The night I……

“The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”

“Room was literally dusty - hadn’t been cleaned /gone over in some time. There was musty water in the coffee maker from whoever used the room before. No tissues. Staff was very nice and courteous! There was a $20 charge put on my credit card when we checked in as a just in case. It’s an inconvenience to have to watch my card to make sure the $20 is credited. Parking was convenient Didn’t eat breakfast ”

“We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. ”
