“This clean and comfortable Bayville home is the ideal ‘home away from home’. The layout of the house makes it feel quite roomy and the neighborhood is less than a 30 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Patricia is a lovely and communicative host who prides herself on making your stay as perfect as she can.”

“The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape.”

“This house was extremely nice and in a great location. A group of my friends got together to vacation at the house and we had a lovely time. The home is spacious and everything seemed to be brand new. There were little touches that were unexpected and extremely appreciated, like beach chairs, beach towels, beach tags and mini toiletries. The host was very kind and extremely responsive to questions. It is a very short walk to a small bayside beach and about 30 minutes from Island Beach State……
