「The staff was friendly, when we first arrived the room we were put into smelled of fish, tv didn’t work , and AC didn’t work. They moved us to a ground level unit. Unfortunately the first floor seems to be housing tenants with odd behaviors. The hallway smelled of cigarettes. And out side both entrance “tenants” would hang out with other tenants and cause a commotion. The second room had mold on the beds headboards and the windows did not latch properly.
