「大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。」

「Lovely resort although the pool is closed until October. Beautiful, peaceful property. 300+ rooms! Music on patio with s’mores was fun. Karen was very nice and helpful. Only negative it is 15 miles from town and not a lot to do!」

「We have loved this place for years. This time some of the staff were curt. The spa was not open as stated in the website. The steam room and outlets in the locker room were nonfunctional and our toilet ran excessively Also maid service every three days without request isnt consistent with a hotel of this caliber. Also indoor pool was under repair that we only learned close to arrival」

「The room was spacious with beautiful view. Not much to do from activities perspective, beach was closed, kayak rentals were not open for the season. Breakfast was booked out due to Mothers Day weekend,」

「房卡無功能, 花了50分鐘無法解決, 只好換房間了事. 但處理過程中櫃台人員態度及其經理心態很差. 因為他 們認為我不會用. 期間我來回跑了3次櫃台. 他們才肯過來處理.」
