We understand that things happen and when we got to the property Can you please we couldn’t get the thermostat to work but Maddi put us in contact with her property manager Paula and she was there almost immediately and addressed the problem. “The house is really, really nice, just as pictured. We visited in the winter so we could experience the Muskegon Luge and do some ice fishing. The kids loved the hot tub and the indoor fire places were really enjoyable. ”
