「I would strongly recommend not staying at this location until they do an overhaul on management and maintenance of the property. My room was adequate, however the bathroom was awful. Drains did not work properly, caulking around the tub/shower and floor looked like it was done by at toddler, the shower curtain rod was dysfunctional, and the towel has blood stains. There must be ZERO quality control at this site from management, maintenance and housekeeping. Worst hotel experience ever.」

「There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and my feet were black after walking around the room. The shower did not drain and was up to my mid shin by the time I was done showering. Only 1 outlet worked in the whole room and the parking lot was so rough you could barely drive. The toilet seat almost fell off every time you tried to use it. Staff entered the room while I was gone during the day and my personal items were moved (I took pictures and thank god I took my devices with). The WiFi...

「Assigned a room with sheets that were not changed after the last guest and were dirty. Offered to change them and there were no clean sheets because washer wasn’t working. Plug for the tv wouldn’t even reach an outlet. Changed rooms. Lights not working. Tub was dirty. Ants on the breakfast serving table. Breakfast consisted of waffle, honey buns, and cereal. No pool or hot tub as advertised. AC wasn’t working properly」

「having an onsite bar, restaurant and snacks, drinks, and other forgotten necessities store was so great. We didn't have to wait in line to get breakfast somewhere and the menu was great and delicious! The bar also had fun specialty cocktail butterscotch martini, hello, yes please!」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「nice hotel！affordable price ,not far away from the airport or college or downtown. Offered breakfast and they can help you call the cab.the nearest restaurant are five minute walk. Quite enviroment，barely have noise at night or day time. If you want to cook yourself， you can borrow pan and pot from counter. there coffee are really good」

「The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. 」
